This morning, as we were praying over your prayer requests, there was such a deep sense of connection. I want you to know how much it means that you share your hearts so openly. Those small pieces of paper carry weight. They carry trust. And they ignite faith .
As we pray over them, there is a declaring of God’s Word, spoken with expectation. We are truly in this together, witnessing God at work in your life and believing for answers.
“Comfort, Comfort My People”
One word rose with unusual clarity…comfort.
Comfort, comfort My people, says your God. Speak tenderly to her heart…
— Isaiah 40:1
As this scripture came forward, there was a sense of a cool breeze, as though the seasons were shifting. Something is changing. It felt clear that a very difficult chapter in your life is coming to a close.
This has not been an easy season. It has been uprooting. Painful. Devastating at times. And while you may have heard words like this before, today carries an invitation…to lift your faith above the clouds and come into agreement with God’s timing.
This was never meant to be a place where you camped. There were lessons here. Refinement. Alignment. But now, God is moving on and He is calling you with Him.
Refined, Not Ruined
There was an image that came to mind, like the Velveteen Rabbit. Worn. Loved. Softened. Made beautiful through hardship.
You may look back on this season and describe it as tormenting, exhausting, or deeply painful. And yet, something beautiful has emerged. There is tenderness now. Compassion. A deeper love for others. A quiet trust in God that could only be forged through endurance.
Jesus said the world would know His disciples by their love and that love has been cultivated in you through fire.

God Is Completing the Work
This scripture carried great weight in prayer:
After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace… will Himself complete and make you what you ought to be, establish and strengthen you.
— 1 Peter 5:10
There is comfort here, not shallow reassurance, but strengthening comfort. God is not only soothing wounds; He is establishing you.
He is completing what was unfinished. He is grounding what was shaken. He is settling what felt unstable.
Comfort That Now Flows Through You
Another scripture followed gently:
God comforts us in all our troubles, so that we may comfort others with the same comfort we have received.
— 2 Corinthians 1:4
This season has given you something precious. You now understand comfort in a deeper way, not as words alone, but as presence, advocacy, and love expressed through action.
Comfort strengthens. Comfort restores. Comfort speaks truth with tenderness.
The Holy Spirit, Your Constant Companion
We were strongly drawn to Jesus’ words in John 14:
I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter, Helper, Counselor, Advocate, Strengthener, who will remain with you forever.
You are not alone. You are not abandoned. You are not navigating this next chapter without guidance.
The Holy Spirit stands beside you. He speaks truth when confusion lingers. He advocates for you when you cannot speak. He removes the ache of loneliness and replaces it with assurance.
Forsaking Old Ways, Trusting God’s Ways
There was also a call to surrender, to release old ways of thinking, fixing, and controlling.
My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are My ways your ways, says the Lord.
— Isaiah 55:8–9
This is a turning point. A gentle repentance. A realignment.
You are choosing God’s wisdom over your own. His ways over familiar patterns that never truly led you where you needed to go.
Humility comes before honor. And there is honor ahead.
Shaking Off What Is Not Your Identity
As prayer continued, there was a powerful image, like Paul shaking the snake off his hand into the fire.
This season, this pain is not your identity.
It is not your lot.
It is not what defines you.
There may have been anger. Confusion. Unforgiveness. Darkness that tried to creep into a place meant for warmth and healing. But God is flooding that space with light, pure, brilliant, overwhelming love.
Shake it off.
God is completing you. He is strengthening you. He is bringing closure.
A Call to Believe Again
This is the moment to raise your faith again. To believe, not passively, but actively.
Jesus said to speak to the mountain. To believe that what you ask has already been received.
This is about resonance. Agreement. Being on the same page as God.
He is moving on.
The camp is breaking.
The season is closing.
The promised land lies ahead, even after wilderness, even after drought.
Know this…we are praying for you, beloved. And God is faithful to lead you forward.
